👶 34 Things to Do for Babies and Toddlers in French-speaking Switzerland

Introduction

In this article, la Torpille offers a large number of activities that are especially suitable for babies amd toddlers in Western or French-speaking Switzerland, i.e. children between 0 and 3 years old. The selection has been carefully made during the visits of la Torpille.

There are not really any attractions designed exclusively for babies, rather activities for adults or children that are suitable for babies or have a section reserved for them. The attractions presented can all be done with children up to 6-8 years old for the playrooms and even with adults for thermal baths.

All the attractions presented are free for children under 3 years old in the vast majority of cases. Some of them can be paid from 18 months or 2 years old and are indicated by la Torpille.

Les Avants winter sled run

The Avant Winter sled run, above Montreux, is suitable for babies and toddlers due to its short length and a constant gentle gradient. It is not necessary to pull one’s sled on the course. However, care should be taken to check the snow cover of the run because of the low altitude of Les Avants at less than 1’000 meters.
