CSC St-Barthélémy Foundation
The CSC St-Barthélémy Foundation is an organization whose goal is to provide care for adults with mental disabilities. It is located in the Saint-Barthélémy castle, the adjoining houses, very unsightly buildings on the site of the castle and the CSC Foundation farm, which is open to the public and free of charge.
The farm was founded by Wolfram and Isabelle Wawrinka, a well-known family name thanks to their son Stanislas Wawrinka, the three-time Grand Slam winning tennis player between 2014 and 2016. Together with Federer, he was Olympic doubles champion in 2008 and won the Davis Cup in 2014.

In French-speaking Switzerland, in addition to the CSC Foundation farm, there are several so-called agrotourism farms, i.e. they present animals as part of a farm in operation.
The Gavotte’s farm is the only one where it is possible to walk in the enclosure of certain animals such as sheep, goats and donkeys to caress them.
