There is little information about the history of the Thermal Baths of Yverdon. It seems that they have existed since the Roman period 2’000 years ago.
There are three pools open to visitors. The two outdoor pools each communicate directly with the interior of the bathing building.

The entrance fees to the thermal baths of Yverdon are as follows:
- Adults from 25 years old: 19 francs
- Student: 15 francs
- Children from 4 to 15 years old: 11.50 francs
- Children from 0 to 3 years old: Free of charge
The duration of presence in the baths is limited to 3 hours. No structure is specifically designed for children.
